Clergy Members Demand Village Voice Media End Child Sex Trafficking

Thirty-six prominent members of the clergy have publicly demanded that Village Voice Media help to end the sex trafficking of girls and boys made possible by its Web site, Backpage.com. The group took out a full-page New York Times advertisement, featuring a letter from the clergy in which they called on Village Voice company executives to immediately shut down the Adult section of its Web site where this activity is taking place.
